SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR 2018
As a boutique winery, R-customers are treated like family.
So you can have it any way you want!
FIRST CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED STYLE OF SHIPMENT PACKAGING
Recycled Fiber Inserts OR Insulated Styrofoam
Recycled Fiber Inserts are perfect for anyone wishing to send their packaging back to a recycling center whereas, Insulated Styrofoam is perfect if you want to keep and re-use your packaging
(i.e., for airline trips or to send gifts to other people).
No matter which packaging method you prefer, there is no extra charge for either choice!
NEXT SELECT YOUR CHOICE OF SHIPPERS AND METHODS
Find your zip code on this map to determine your delivery zone…
then go to the rate sheets below to choose which carrier you want to use
and whether you want it ground (least expensive), overnight (most expensive) or another form of delivery.
Please note for CA/AZ/NV/NM/OR/WA/ID deliveries:
Golden State Overnight has the best rates and uses refrigerated trucks
Also note: Shipping 12 bottles costs about the same as shipping 8 or 9…
so a full or mix-and-match case order is your best overall value!
AN IMPORTANT NOTE
Shipping companies charge EACH WAY for shipments which are returned for any reason, including:
* No adult available to sign for the delivery (as required by law in all states)
* Lapse of time and/or several unsuccessful delivery attempts
* Refusal of delivery or non-deliverable address
As the purchaser of R-wine, you are responsible for all shipping charges
including return shipping expenses for non-deliverable shipments.
Return shipping incurs an additional charge equal to the original shipping cost and will be automatically re-billed to your account, so please be sure that your shipping address, preferred carrier and method of delivery can be accommodated in your circumstances, and to respond promptly to any door tags or shipping notices.
Remember also that wine is a living product and that temperature fluctuations can adversely affect the quality of the wine (so leaving your wine delivery in the sun, in a hot car, or in a shed for a few days is definitely NOT recommended)!
